What I collect

When you submit the form on this site, I collect:

• Your first name
• Your last name
• Your email address

That is all. I do not collect payment information, location data, or any other personal information through this site.

I also collect standard server log data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, time of visit — through normal website operation. This data is used only to understand how the site is performing and is not linked to individual identities.

What I do with it

Your name and email are used to:

• Deliver the field guide you requested
• Send occasional updates when new work is published at The Intentional Analyst — articles, frameworks, or other material I believe is worth your time
• Let you know when paid products become available — workshops, guides, or courses built around this work. These are always optional, always clearly marked as such, and free content will always exist alongside them. No surprises.

I do not send promotional email on behalf of third parties. I do not use your contact information for advertising. I do not build profiles for sale or targeting.

What I do not do

• I will not sell your email address. Ever.
• I will not share your information with other companies or individuals without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• I will not add you to unrelated lists or pass your contact to partners.

Third-party tools

This site uses Content Creator Machine (GoHighLevel) to manage the email list and deliver communications. Your name and email are stored in their platform. GoHighLevel maintains its own data security practices and privacy policy, available at gohighlevel.com.

I have selected this platform because it allows me to manage list communications without intermediaries who monetize subscriber data.

Your rights

You can opt out at any time. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list — no re-confirmation forms, no friction.

If you want your information removed from the system entirely, email me directly at [email protected] and I will delete your record.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, I will note the update date at the top of this page. I will not quietly expand how your data is used.
